Refund policy

At Theologie Clothing, our products are printed on demand after an order is placed.

For this reason, we do not offer voluntary returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, colour selection or personal preference beyond the rights provided by applicable consumer law.

Theologie Clothing does not offer an additional 30-day goodwill return period.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.

Please Check Your Order Carefully

Before completing your purchase, please review:

- The product description
- The size guide
- The product-specific fit recommendation
- Your selected size
- Your selected colour
- The quantity ordered
- Your delivery address

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size, colour and product before submitting an order.

Personalised Products

Theologie Clothing does not currently offer personalised, customised or bespoke products.

All products are sold using the standard designs, colours, sizes and garment options displayed on our website.

UK Statutory Right to Cancel

Customers in the United Kingdom generally have the legal right to cancel an eligible online purchase without giving a reason.

You must notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days beginning the day after you, or a person nominated by you, receives the order.

After notifying us of the cancellation, you must return the eligible product within a further 14 days.

To exercise your right to cancel, contact:

orders@theologieclothing.com

Please include:

- Your full name
- Your order number
- The product you wish to return
- A clear statement confirming that you wish to cancel the purchase

We will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Please do not send a product back before contacting Theologie Clothing.

No Additional 30-Day Return Period

Theologie Clothing does not offer an additional 30-day goodwill return, refund or exchange period.

Returns for non-faulty products are accepted only where the customer has a statutory right to cancel under applicable consumer law.

Once the statutory cancellation period has expired, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges because:

- You changed your mind
- You selected the wrong size
- You selected the wrong colour
- The product does not suit your personal preference
- You ordered the wrong product or quantity
- You no longer want or need the product

This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Condition of Statutory Returns

You may inspect and try on the product only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit, in the same way that you might reasonably examine it in a physical shop.

Returned products should be:

- Unworn, other than for a reasonable fitting
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- Returned with any original tags attached
- Free from marks, stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, pet hair or other signs of use
- Returned in the original packaging where reasonably possible

We may reduce the amount refunded where the product has been handled beyond what was reasonably necessary and its value has been reduced as a result.

Any deduction will reflect the actual reduction in the product’s value.

Change-of-Mind Return Postage

Customers are responsible for return postage where they cancel because of a change of mind, incorrect size selection or personal preference.

We do not provide prepaid return labels for non-faulty returns.

We recommend that you:

- Use a tracked postal service
- Package the product securely
- Retain your proof of postage and tracking information until the refund has been completed

Theologie Clothing cannot accept responsibility for a customer-arranged return that is lost or damaged while being returned.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned product or satisfactory evidence that it has been sent.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for incorrect sizing, colour selection, change of mind or personal preference.

Where you have a valid statutory right to cancel, you may return the eligible product for a refund and place a separate order for your preferred size, colour or product.

Any replacement purchase:

- Will be treated as a new and separate order
- Will be charged at the price displayed when the new order is placed
- Will be subject to availability
- May be processed before the original refund has been completed

We cannot reserve replacement stock while a return is being processed.

Statutory Cancellation Refunds

Where you validly cancel an eligible order during the statutory cancellation period, we will refund:

- The price paid for the returned product
- The cost of our least expensive standard delivery option

If you selected express, enhanced or another more expensive delivery method, we will not refund the amount exceeding the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.

The cost of returning a non-faulty product remains your responsibility.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

We will process the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after:

- We receive the returned product; or
- You provide satisfactory evidence that the product has been returned, where this occurs earlier

We may withhold the refund until the product has been received or evidence of return has been provided.

Your bank, card provider or payment service may require additional processing time after the refund has been issued.

Damaged, Defective or Misprinted Products

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

Contact us if a product arrives:

- Damaged
- Defective
- Misprinted
- Incorrect
- Materially different from its product description

Please report the issue within 30 days after receiving the product wherever possible.

Email orders@theologieclothing.com and include:

- Your full name
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- A full photograph of the product
- Close-up photographs clearly showing the damage, defect or printing issue
- A photograph of the outer packaging where it was damaged during delivery
- A photograph of the product label where relevant

Please retain the product and its packaging until we confirm that they are no longer required.

Do not return or dispose of the product before receiving instructions from us.

Where the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy. Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

- A replacement
- A refund
- A partial refund where appropriate
- Another remedy required by consumer law

A physical return may not be required where photographs provide sufficient evidence of the issue.

The requested 30-day reporting period helps us investigate and resolve the matter promptly. It does not remove or reduce any statutory rights you may have concerning faulty goods.

Incorrect Product Received

Contact us promptly if you receive a product, design, size or colour that does not match your order confirmation.

Please provide photographs showing:

- The product received
- The product label
- The design or print
- The packing slip, where available

Where Theologie Clothing or the delivery process supplied the wrong product, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please check:

- The delivery address shown in your order confirmation
- The tracking information
- Any safe place around the delivery address
- Whether the parcel was accepted by a neighbour or building reception
- Whether the delivery company left a card, email or collection notice

If the order still cannot be located, contact us promptly at orders@theologieclothing.com.

Orders believed to have been lost in transit should be reported no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date wherever possible.

Please include:

- Your full name
- Your order number
- Confirmation that the delivery address is correct
- Confirmation that you have checked with neighbours, safe places and the delivery company

We will investigate the delivery and provide an appropriate resolution where the parcel is confirmed as lost.

The requested reporting period does not remove any statutory rights you may have where goods have not been delivered.

## Tracking Shows Delivered but the Product Is Missing

Where tracking shows that a product was delivered but you have not received it, please:

- Confirm that the delivery address is correct
- Check all safe places
- Ask neighbours or building reception
- Contact the delivery company
- Check for a delivery photograph or location note

Contact us promptly if the parcel cannot be located.

We will review the tracking information and assist with an investigation where appropriate.

The available resolution will depend on the delivery company’s findings and the circumstances of the delivery.

This does not affect your statutory rights where an order was not delivered to you or to a person authorised by you.

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address entered at checkout is complete and accurate.

Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We will try to correct the address before the order is processed or dispatched, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to amend or redirect it.

Where a parcel is returned because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address:

- The customer will be responsible for the cost of redelivery
- A corrected address must be provided
- Redelivery will not take place until the applicable shipping charge has been paid
- A refund will not normally be provided solely because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address

This does not apply where the address error was caused by Theologie Clothing or the delivery company.

Nothing in this section removes any statutory rights that apply.

Unclaimed Orders

A parcel may be returned where:

- Delivery was attempted but the parcel was not collected
- The customer did not respond to the delivery company
- The parcel was refused
- Required customs or import arrangements were not completed

Where an order is returned as unclaimed:

- The customer will normally be responsible for redelivery costs
- We may require confirmation of the delivery address
- Redelivery will not take place until the applicable charge has been paid
- We cannot guarantee that the product will remain available indefinitely

Customers must respond promptly after being notified that an order has been returned.

Any refund entitlement will depend on the circumstances and applicable consumer law.

Refused Deliveries

Refusing delivery does not automatically cancel an order or guarantee a refund.

Customers wishing to exercise a statutory cancellation right should contact Theologie Clothing directly and follow the return instructions provided.

Where a parcel is refused and returned, redelivery charges or other return-related costs may apply.

This does not restrict any statutory cancellation right that has been exercised correctly.

Returned-to-Sender Orders

Please contact us before taking any action if tracking shows that your parcel is being returned to sender.

We will confirm the available options after reviewing the reason for the return.

Depending on the circumstances, the available resolution may include:

- Redelivery after payment of an additional shipping charge
- Redelivery at no additional cost where the return was caused by an error outside the customer’s control
- A refund where required by applicable law

Order Changes and Cancellations Before Dispatch

Orders may be processed shortly after payment has been confirmed.

Contact us immediately if you need to:

- Correct a delivery address
- Change a size
- Change a colour
- Remove a product
- Cancel an order

We will try to make the requested change before the order is processed or dispatched, but we cannot guarantee that a change or cancellation will be possible.

An unsuccessful attempt to cancel before dispatch does not remove any statutory cancellation right that applies after delivery.

Sale and Discounted Products

Sale and discounted products remain covered by statutory consumer rights.

An eligible sale product may be returned under the statutory cancellation rules, and customers remain entitled to an appropriate remedy where a sale product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Theologie Clothing does not offer additional voluntary returns for sale, discounted or clearance products.

Return Address

Please do not send a product back before contacting Theologie Clothing.

The correct return address and return instructions will be provided after your request has been reviewed.

The return address may vary depending on:

- The reason for the return
- The product concerned
- Whether a physical return is required

Products sent without prior instructions, or to an incorrect or unauthorised address, may not be received, identified or eligible for processing.

Contact orders@theologieclothing.com before returning any product.
