Shipping policy
Last updated: 12 July 2026
At Theologie Clothing, our products are printed on demand and prepared individually after an order is placed.
This Shipping Policy explains our estimated delivery times, shipping charges, tracking arrangements and the responsibilities that apply when an order is delivered.
This policy should be read together with our:
-
Terms and Conditions
-
Return and Refund Policy
-
Privacy Policy
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.
1. Order Preparation and Estimated Delivery Times
The estimated delivery period includes:
-
The time required to produce and prepare your order
-
The time required to transport and deliver the parcel
UK Delivery
UK orders typically arrive within 4–13 business days after the order has been accepted.
International Delivery
International orders typically arrive within 7–25 business days after the order has been accepted.
International delivery may take longer depending on:
-
The destination
-
The selected delivery service
-
Customs processing
-
Local delivery networks
-
Public holidays
-
Product availability
-
Events outside our reasonable control
Where an estimated delivery date or range is displayed during checkout or provided in your order confirmation, that estimate will apply to your order.
All delivery periods are estimates unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed delivery date in writing.
Products may be prepared and dispatched using different shipping routes depending on product availability, destination and delivery service.
2. Business Days
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public and bank holidays applicable to the relevant preparation or delivery location.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next available business day.
3. Delivery Within the Legal Timeframe
We will take reasonable steps to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe displayed during checkout or otherwise agreed with you.
Unless we have agreed a different delivery period, orders will be delivered without undue delay and normally no later than 30 days after the contract is formed.
If we become aware of a significant delay, we may contact you with an updated estimate.
Your statutory rights where an order is substantially delayed or not delivered remain unaffected.
4. UK Shipping Rates
Our standard UK shipping rates are:
-
Standard Shipping: £3.99
-
Free Standard Shipping on eligible orders over £150
The order value used to determine eligibility for free shipping is the amount payable for qualifying products after discounts have been applied and before any delivery charge.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
-
Free shipping applies only to eligible UK standard delivery
-
Free shipping does not apply to express, enhanced or international delivery
-
The shipping charge shown during checkout will apply to your order
If a shipping price stated elsewhere on the website differs from the amount displayed during checkout, please contact us before submitting the order.
5. International Shipping Rates
International shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on factors such as:
-
Delivery destination
-
Products ordered
-
Parcel size and weight
-
Available delivery service
The amount shown during checkout will apply to the order unless an obvious technical or pricing error has occurred.
6. International Delivery Availability
International delivery is available only to destinations supported during checkout.
Delivery availability may vary according to:
-
The destination country or region
-
The product ordered
-
Legal or trade restrictions
-
Carrier availability
-
Customs requirements
-
Current international events
Shipping restrictions may change without advance notice where required by law, government action or delivery-service limitations.
We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance where:
-
Delivery is unavailable to the destination
-
The product cannot lawfully be exported or imported
-
The address cannot be serviced
-
Required delivery or customs information has not been provided
-
A technical or shipping-calculation error has occurred
If payment has already been taken for an order that we cannot accept, we will refund the relevant amount to the original payment method.
7. Customs Duties, Taxes and Import Charges
International orders may be subject to:
-
Customs duties
-
Import taxes
-
Local sales taxes
-
Customs-clearance fees
-
Carrier handling or administration charges
Unless these charges are expressly shown as included during checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient.
Where duties or taxes have already been collected during checkout, the customer will not be responsible for paying those same charges again to Theologie Clothing.
We do not control or accurately predict charges imposed independently by customs authorities, tax authorities or delivery companies.
Customers are responsible for checking the import requirements that apply in the destination country before placing an order.
Failure to pay an applicable charge or complete required customs procedures may result in the parcel being:
-
Delayed
-
Held
-
Refused
-
Returned
-
Disposed of in accordance with applicable customs or delivery procedures
Any refund or redelivery request arising from unpaid charges or incomplete customs requirements will be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
8. Additional Delivery Information
Certain destinations or delivery services may require additional information, including:
-
A contact number
-
A local tax or customs identification number
-
Complete regional address information
-
Customs or import information
Where additional information is required, we may contact you using the email address supplied with your order.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information within the period requested.
We may be unable to dispatch or deliver the order where legally or operationally required information is not supplied.
Where an order cannot proceed because the customer has not supplied required information, we may cancel it and issue any refund required by applicable law.
9. Order Confirmation and Dispatch
After an order is placed, you should receive an order acknowledgement or confirmation at the email address supplied during checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, we may send a dispatch confirmation containing available delivery information.
Please check:
-
Your inbox
-
Spam or junk folders
-
The email address entered during checkout
The absence of a dispatch email does not necessarily mean that the order has not been dispatched.
Contact info@theologieclothing.com if you believe an order has been dispatched but you have not received the expected information.
10. Tracking
Tracking availability depends on the delivery service used for your order.
Where tracking is available, the tracking link or number may be sent after dispatch.
Tracking information may take time to update after a parcel has entered the delivery network.
Tracking estimates and scan events are supplied by the delivery company and may not always update in real time.
A tracking estimate is not a guaranteed delivery appointment.
11. Separate and Split Deliveries
Products within the same order may be prepared or dispatched separately.
This may occur because:
-
Different products require different preparation processes
-
Products become ready at different times
-
Separate packaging is necessary
-
Products follow different shipping routes
-
Delivery restrictions require separate parcels
You may therefore receive:
-
More than one parcel
-
More than one dispatch notification
-
More than one tracking number
-
Different parcels on different dates
A partial delivery does not necessarily mean that an item is missing.
Please review all dispatch notifications and tracking information before reporting an incomplete order.
You will not be charged additional delivery fees merely because Theologie Clothing chooses to divide an accepted order into separate parcels.
12. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout.
Please check:
-
Recipient name
-
House or building number
-
Street name
-
Flat or unit number
-
Town or city
-
County or region, where required
-
Postcode
-
Country
-
Any delivery instructions
Contact info@theologieclothing.com immediately if you notice an error.
We will try to correct the address before the order is processed or dispatched, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to amend, redirect or recall it.
13. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Where a parcel cannot be delivered because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address:
-
The parcel may be returned
-
A corrected address may be required
-
The customer may be responsible for reasonable redelivery costs
-
Redelivery may not take place until the applicable charge has been paid
A refund will not normally be provided solely because the customer entered an incorrect or incomplete address.
This does not apply where the address error was caused by Theologie Clothing or the delivery company.
Nothing in this section removes any statutory rights that apply.
14. Delivery Instructions and Safe Places
Where you provide instructions asking for an order to be left:
-
In a safe place
-
With a neighbour
-
At reception
-
With another nominated person
-
At another authorised location
you are responsible for ensuring that the location or person is suitable and accessible.
Risk in the order may pass to you when it is delivered to a location or person you expressly authorised, subject to applicable law.
We are not responsible for loss occurring after correct delivery to an authorised location or nominated recipient, except where the loss was caused by our breach, negligence or another matter for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
General delivery preferences supplied directly to a delivery company may be subject to that company’s own terms.
15. Delivery Attempts and Collection
A delivery company may:
-
Attempt delivery more than once
-
Leave a delivery notice
-
Deliver to an authorised safe place
-
Deliver to a nominated neighbour
-
Hold the parcel at a collection point
-
Request further delivery instructions
Customers are responsible for reviewing tracking information and collecting a parcel within the period stated by the delivery company.
Where a parcel is not collected or the customer does not respond to delivery attempts, it may be returned.
Additional redelivery charges may apply where the failure to receive or collect the parcel was within the customer’s control.
16. Unclaimed, Refused and Returned Orders
A parcel may be returned where:
-
The delivery address was incorrect or incomplete
-
Delivery was attempted but the parcel was not collected
-
The recipient did not respond to delivery notifications
-
The recipient refused delivery
-
The delivery company could not access the address
-
Required customs duties, identification or import procedures were not completed
Refusing delivery does not automatically cancel an order or guarantee a refund.
Where a parcel is returned:
-
We will review the reason for the return
-
We may require a corrected or confirmed address
-
The customer may be responsible for reasonable redelivery costs
-
Redelivery will not occur until any applicable charge has been paid
-
Processing and redelivery may take additional time
-
We cannot guarantee that the product will remain available indefinitely
Customers should respond promptly after receiving notice that a parcel has been returned.
Any refund or redelivery entitlement will depend on:
-
The reason for the return
-
Whether the customer correctly exercised a statutory cancellation right
-
The condition and availability of the products
-
Our Return and Refund Policy
-
Applicable consumer law
17. Delivery Delays
Although we aim to meet the estimated delivery timeframe, delays may occur because of:
-
High-demand periods
-
Seasonal order volumes
-
Severe weather
-
Public holidays
-
Postal or delivery disruption
-
Customs processing
-
Industrial action
-
Transport disruption
-
Supply-chain interruptions
-
Public-health emergencies
-
Government action
-
Technical or systems failures
-
Other events outside our reasonable control
We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of a delay where possible.
We are not responsible for losses caused solely by a delay outside our reasonable control where that liability can lawfully be excluded.
However, this does not remove your statutory rights where:
-
Delivery has not taken place within an agreed essential deadline
-
An order is not delivered within a reasonable additional period
-
The order is not delivered within the period required by applicable law
18. Time-Sensitive Orders
You should not rely on an estimated delivery date for:
-
Birthdays
-
Holidays
-
Travel
-
Events
-
Gifts
-
Launch dates
-
Other time-sensitive occasions
unless we have expressly agreed in writing that delivery by a particular date is guaranteed.
Placing an order shortly before a particular event does not make that date an agreed essential delivery deadline unless we have expressly accepted it as such.
We recommend allowing additional time for production, delivery and possible delays.
19. Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please first:
-
Review the tracking information
-
Confirm that the delivery address is correct
-
Check all authorised safe places
-
Ask neighbours or building reception
-
Check for a delivery card, email or notification
-
Contact the delivery company where appropriate
Tracking information may take time to update, and a parcel may occasionally arrive shortly after the estimated delivery date.
If the order still cannot be located, contact:
Please provide:
-
Your full name
-
Order number
-
Delivery address
-
Available tracking information
-
Confirmation that you completed the checks above
Orders believed to be lost in transit should be reported as soon as reasonably possible and, wherever possible, no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
We will investigate the matter and may require your reasonable cooperation with enquiries made through the delivery service.
Where an order is confirmed as lost, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund.
The requested reporting period assists our investigation and does not remove statutory rights relating to undelivered goods.
20. Tracking Shows Delivered but the Order Is Missing
Where tracking states that a parcel was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
-
Check the delivery address
-
Review any delivery photograph
-
Review the stated delivery location
-
Check safe places
-
Ask neighbours or building reception
-
Contact the delivery company
-
Allow a short period where the parcel may have been scanned shortly before final delivery
Contact us promptly if the parcel remains missing.
We will review the available delivery evidence and assist with an investigation where appropriate.
We may request:
-
Written confirmation that the parcel was not received
-
Confirmation of the delivery address
-
Information about authorised safe places
-
Confirmation that neighbours or reception were checked
-
Cooperation with the delivery company’s investigation
A “delivered” tracking scan will be considered as part of the evidence but will not automatically determine the outcome where there is credible evidence that the parcel was not delivered correctly.
The available remedy will depend on the circumstances and applicable law.
21. Damaged Orders
Please inspect your parcel and products promptly after delivery.
If the parcel or product arrives damaged, contact:
Please provide:
-
Your full name
-
Order number
-
A description of the damage
-
A photograph of the complete product
-
Close-up photographs showing the damage
-
Photographs of the outer and inner packaging
-
A photograph of the delivery label where relevant
Please retain the product and all packaging until we confirm that they are no longer required.
Do not return or dispose of the product before receiving instructions.
Where damage is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
22. Missing or Incorrect Items
If your parcel arrives with an item missing, or contains a product that does not match your order confirmation, contact us promptly.
Please provide:
-
Your order number
-
Details of the missing or incorrect item
-
Photographs of the products received
-
Photographs of the product labels
-
Photographs of the packaging
-
The packing slip, where available
Please check whether the order has been divided into separate shipments before reporting an item as missing.
Where an item is confirmed as missing or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
23. Risk and Responsibility for the Order
Where Theologie Clothing arranges delivery, the order remains at our risk until it is delivered to:
-
You
-
A person nominated by you
-
A safe place or location expressly authorised by you, subject to applicable law
Responsibility does not pass to you merely because the order has been handed to a delivery company selected by us.
After correct delivery to you or an authorised recipient or location, you become responsible for the products.
This does not affect any rights relating to products that are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
24. Changes to Shipping Services and Charges
We may change:
-
Available delivery services
-
Delivery regions
-
Shipping charges
-
Free-shipping thresholds
-
Estimated delivery times
Changes will apply to future orders and will not alter the delivery charge agreed for an order that has already been accepted.
The delivery service, price and estimate shown during checkout at the time of your order will normally apply.
We may correct an obvious shipping-price or technical error before accepting an order.
25. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy to reflect:
-
Changes to our delivery arrangements
-
Changes to shipping rates
-
Changes to available destinations
-
Operational developments
-
Legal or regulatory requirements
The updated policy will be published on our website with a revised “Last updated” date.
Unless required by law, changes will apply to future orders and will not retrospectively alter the delivery terms of an order already accepted.
